This year seems to be flying by and before we know it we've celebrated the Queen's Platinum Jubilee and we're heading straight for summer! Usually, summer classes tend to be a little quieter than usual, with members off on their holidays - If you're planning on skipping the next block of classes below, I'd really appreciate a little message (just so I've got a bit of a heads up on expected numbers).
Please don't forget the early bird prices end two weeks before the course starts.
Just another reminder, that each week you will need to sign in online (this acts as our fire register and provides me with your emergency contact info and is mandatory to attend) and if you've not completed a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) within the past 12 months, or your medical situation has changed, please complete a new PAR-Q before your next class.
