Six week course starts Monday 14th March 2022 and finishes 25th April 2022 (no class Easter Monday), 6:30pm-7:25pm, Epiphany Primary School, Muscliff, BH9 3PE. Booking confirmed upon payment in full. You will require your own Kettlebell and exercise mat/towel.

HOW TO BOOK

Course places must be booked in advance and your place can only be held once payment in full has been received. Bookings are non refundable and non transferable.
You are required to sign in to class online each week, this opens 48 hours before the class start time and you should cancel your space should you no longer be able to attend.
Please note that you will require your own kettlebell for the above classes. It is recommended women start with a 4kg and men a 6kg. These can be purchased through me, or alternatively I can advise you on what to look for (no vinyl or plastic filled bells please).
This class is not suitable for pregnant women.

WHY I TEACH KETTLERCISE
Kettlercise is an amazing group fitness class which is perfect for improving fitness and stamina, strength, muscle tone and really boosting fat and inch loss.
Perfect for both men and women that are looking for a great workout and even better results. We will cover a full range of functional exercises for your legs, arms and core so no muscle will go un-worked. Although it has been reported that Kettlercise can burn between 600-900 calories per session, I believe the real benefits of Kettlercise are the improvements in core strength and increased muscle mass. Having more muscle doesn't mean you will turn into the incredible hulk (especially at the recommended Kettlercise weights), but it does mean your body will become more efficient at burning excess fat - even as you sleep!
Aside from all the physical benefits, Kettlercise is also great for stress busting and gives you that feel good factor. A class that leaves you feeling empowered and accomplished.
IS KETTLERCISE FOR ME?
Kettlercise is suitable for all ages, shapes, sizes and abilities, it is quite a challenging workout so please make sure you check with your GP if you have any health concerns.
Please note this class is not suitable for pregnant women.
The class is structured so you can take it at your own pace, easier options are given for a lot of the exercises. I can give you alternatives if you are unable to do a particular exercise or you can simple practice your technique without your kettlebell.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR & BRING WITH ME?
Please wear comfortable fitness clothing that does not restrict movements such as squats and lunges. Trainers are compulsory (no bare feet).
You will need to purchase your own kettlebell to bring with you. I can provide you with official Kettlercise bells at a cost, alternatively you can purchase your own. It is important that when choosing your kettlebell, that you purchase a cast iron bell (preferably coated), and not one of the bulky vinyl/plastic sand filled ones. It is recommended that women start with a 4kg kettlebell and men a 6kg.
I also recommend bringing plenty of water and a small towel as you will sweat & also an exercise mat. I recommend the use sweat bands as these help to cushion your wrists when you are new to Kettlercise.
