My name is Vicki and I've been working in the health and fitness industry since 2005, when I also founded Fitness Quest.

I started out as a personal trainer, but began teaching group fitness classes in 2008; I've taught a range of formats over the years from Bootcamps to Zumba! 

​

I pride myself on my ability to adapt to the needs of each person who attends my classes and love to see my class members gain fitness and confidence, as well as lasting friendships.

​

I'm a firm believer in being able to enjoy the exercise you take part in, ensuring you look forward to each and every session and don't find it a chore. I personally love taking part in functional fitness events and you will usually find me training for these throughout the year.

I'm a fully qualified personal trainer and strength & conditioning coach and I have certifications in multiple class formats, including Pilates, Kettlercise and Boxercise. If you would like to hear more about me, please get in touch.
